The main focus is to learn stretches for targeting specific areas to increase flexibility, and then continue to
practice daily at home to get the results!

About Tony: He began his spiritual journey in 1972 when he me his guru Ramakrishna Ananda when traveling
through Southern California. Since 1998 he has been facilitating meditation classes and workshops in various
parts of Ontario and BC. His personal practice includes a blend of Hinduism, Buddhism and Christianity. We
