Join us for a 2-Night Retreat on Niagara’s beautiful South Coast any time after 530pm on Friday, and depart at noon on Sunday. Programming starts at 7:30PM Friday.*Please note – Dinner will not be served Friday night. Light bites & a welcome beverage will be served upon arrival. This retreat is led by reiki, yoga & meditation teacher Vanessa Groeneveld.
The group size is limited for a connected, personal experience. Vanessa gently guides you through a thoughtful program combining breath work, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, journaling & more. Enjoy the journey experiencing all of the elements during this weekend of rest, wellness and rejuvenation in this stunning location.
Friday evening you will be welcomed with a short stretch, breath work and meditation to balance energies and set your intentions for the weekend followed by an evening fire.
Saturday’s program includes Euro style breakfast & lunch, fresh brewed coffee & teas & house made pastries.
Yoga (all levels welcome), afternoon meditation & leisure time before we come together for a gourmet catered dinner (allergy friendly, vegan & raw) followed by an evening fire ceremony.
Sunday morning a light breakfast awaits, followed by a light movement practice.
