Vanessa’s love for meditation and healing began at a young age thanks to her grandmother – who has been the driving force behind her career path. Vanessa is a certified Yoga & Meditation teacher, Reiki healer and Ayurveda practitioner. She is also a trained lifeguard and certified in CPR and AED. She strive to create healthy, stress free work environments.
Katie McGrath (Yoga, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda & Functional Medicine)
Katie has made the move from Ireland and is excited to continue her yoga career here in Canada. She has experience in Hatha yoga, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda and functional medicine. She is very passionate about health, wellness and mindful living and looks forward to sharing her understanding and knowledge with you!
Ashleigh Grave (Pilates & Holistic Health Coach)
Health and Wellness has always been a passion of Ashleigh’s. She fell in love with Pilates in 2008 when she was looking for a way to relieve chronic back pain. In 2010 she became a certified Pilates instructor through Body Harmonics where she continue to enhance her knowledge through their continuing education program. In addition to teaching Pilates, she is also a Holistic Health Coach! She loves helping people find ways to feel their best.
Victoria (Tori) Crooker (Yoga, Massage, Soft Tissue Release & Cupping)
Victoria is a certified yoga teacher, fitness enthusiast, soon to be graduate from Ontario College of Health and Technology, Massage Therapy program. Her on-going passion is about achieving optimum health through physical activity, self-care and balanced nutrition. Spending hours playing competitive sports growing up, it is no surprise that this is the path her life is taken. She loves educating clients about their bodies; while helping them set goals for improvement of the underlying causes of pain, injury, and postural imbalances. Victoria embraces the connection between mind and body, and their influence on each another. She ensures clients receive optimal results through delivering the healing benefits of massage therapy, soft tissue release, cupping and yoga.
Tony Murdock – Toward Stillness Meditations (Meditation)
Tony began his spiritual journey in 1972 when he me his guru Ramakrishna Ananda when traveling through Southern California. Since 1998 he has been facilitating meditation classes and workshops in various parts of Ontario and BC. His personal practice includes a blend of Hinduism, Buddhism and Christianity. We can’t wait for you to meet him! We are so excited to have him visit Bodhi Yoga Wellness! What a Treat!
Erin Savage – Avadata Aromatherapy (Yoga, aromatherapy)
Erin is a certified 200hr Yoga Siromani with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta and a certified 200hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher through KYTT. A student of yoga from a young age her intuitive and introspective style of teaching speaks to students through the heart as she opens hers to help others heal by gently guiding them to listen to their inner voice. Erin is the founder of Avadata Aromatherapy, formerly Chasing Clouds. She has been offering therapeutic essential oils and aromatherapy products to the community since 1998. Erin also offers a variety of complementary therapies that enhance allopathic and holistic medicine. We can’t wait to have Erin in for some amazing workshops & will will be caring her line of essential oils!
Jen Grossi (Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching)
Jen wear’s many hats in life but close to her heart is helping others navigate the world of nutrition and fitness, and simplifying the approach. For nearly 15 years, Jen has provided personal training and nutrition coaching to clients in-home and online, and hosts weekly fitness classes at a local gym. She takes a realistic approach to help clients make positive and lasting changes. She is currently pursuing her Holistic Nutrition Diploma to compliment her current certifications. In her downtime, you can find Jen in the kitchen testing out healthy recipes and modifying them to suit her families needs. Live with Vitality. Be active, eat well, laugh often.
