Wondering what all the fuss is about yoga? Want to try yoga but don’t feel comfortable jumping into a class? Let us teach you basic postures and yoga terminology so that you can have the confidence to join a class and reap all the amazing benefits yoga has to offer!


Full Moon Practice: $69 + x  SOLD OUT

Sunday Oct 13th 1.5 hours 7.00pm – 8.30pm

Through this workshop you will learn how the moon cycles affects your overall well-being (mind, body & soul). During this class we will practice a full moon ritual, pick an oracle card, set intentions and have discussions on the different cycles of the moon. Handouts and a healing stone will be provided to each participant. We recommend bringing a journal.


Intro to Chakras – Yoga/Meditation: $69 + x

Saturday Nov 16th 2 hours 10.30am – 12.30pm

There are seven main chakras, starting from the base of the spine through the crown of the head. These invisible wheels of energy keep us vibrant and healthy. This class offers an overview of the seven chakras and how they can affect our lives. Learn complimentary yoga postures and meditations that will help open and align your chakras for a happier, healthier you! Take home handout(s) provided.
