My Story

My Story

Vanessa’s love for meditation and healing began at a young age thanks to her grandmother – who has been the driving force behind her career/life path. Vanessa is a certified Yoga & Meditation teacher, Mystic, Reiki healer, Holistic Crystal Practitioner and Ayurveda practitioner. She is trained and teaches traditional all-level, all-inclusive yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative. It is important to her to introduce & reintegrate Prana (breath) and mindfulness into not only her own practice but to her students.  She thrives in creating stress free environments and teaching students how to reduce and limit the daily stressors in their lives. Vanessa believes that yoga and meditation should be all-level and all-inclusive, one does not need to be bendy or on the cover of yoga journal to have a successful practice.

5 fun facts about me

A little more pinot noir

Some say Im not your typical wheatgrass and granola yogi. They would be right, I enjoy a really good glass of wine and love to cook with friends and am known to be adventurous. For me, yoga and meditation is as important as sunlight and water. I want to share with everyone the healing benefits and joy. Your  body shape, size etc. does not matter, yoga is all level, all inclusive.  I love sharing my gift of teaching and healing through reiki, yoga & meditation and through everyday kindness.  Life is too short not to try new things and meet new people. Be kind to yourself, if you’re not, how can you expect anyone else to be. Through consistent yoga and meditation practice you will become a different person, for the better! I promise.
