Through our mobile yoga and wellness company, we deliver a diverse scope of practice to reach several interests that focus on total health and wellness.
Together, we provide the tools to better manage stress and live a healthier life. Both of us bring an array of skills to our sessions, including yoga, meditation, personal training, nutrition, and more.
There are easy ways to implement healthy choices into your day, whether it be simply moving your body or eating well. That’s how Catherine Beler – better known as Cat – views fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Passionate about nutrition and taking care of the body from the inside out, Cat is a grounding force in her work as Co-Creative Director and yoga instructor at Bodhi Yoga Wellness. She finds the perfect balance between yoga, meditation and physical exercise. These movements also increase flexibility and mobility, and Cat uses her skills to help others take preventative measures with their long-term health.
She has extensive experience in overall wellness, as she was a personal trainer for 11 years and fitness instructor for 7 years. With a thirst for knowledge, both mind and body, Cat graduated from Humber College with a Diploma in Fitness and Health, is a Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer Specialist and Fitness Instructor Specialist, and has completed Yoga by Sarah Teacher training. In fact, Cat was joined by her husband when yoga training; after a decade in their relationship, this was the perfect way to challenge themselves individually and as a couple.
Vanessa Groeneveld believes that a combination of a healthy diet, fitness/yoga and meditation, stress can be properly minimized. The fiery half of Bodhi Yoga Wellness, she brings passion and energy to everything she does, especially when it comes to practicing wellness. Vanessa is an Ayurveda practitioner and graduate from Yoga by Sarah, as well as a lifeguard and instructor. CPR and AED certified, Vanessa continues to hone her overall health skills with current studies in Reiki and meditation. Alignment and breath are important and through the practice of yoga, Vanessa believes in the ability to heal through channeling energy. Yoga allows you to free yourself, and can create meaningful connections to the world around you. Her love of meditation and healing started at a young age with her grandmother, and that love and practice has brought her to where she is now – using her skills and knowledge to help others.
When not practicing yoga, she looks to traveling, hiking, gardening and being in nature to provide joy. Giving back to the community through volunteerism is very important to Vanessa, while her free time is spent with family, friends, and a good glass of red wine.
This program is designed to increase staff morale, increase employee retention, decrease amount of sick days and create a positive work environment. This program offers longer yoga and meditation sessions along with the option to learn about another wellness topic. We provide the mats, props & experience. Contact us for further details.
